Monthly Room Occupancy Rates Report #
With the Hms hotel program, you can easily view the monthly occupancy rates of your rooms.
You can access the “Occupancy Report” from the “Reports > Occupancy” menu.
On the room occupancy rates page, you can view the number of occupied days / occupancy rate and percentage for any month.
You can also print the reports of the month you have selected by using the buttons or save them in excel and pdf format.
