HMS Hotel Program offers features that allow you to take notes for your guests and add them to the blacklist.
We can define problematic customers to the system by using the Black List button in the guest list. Thus, the system will warn us later when we want to create a reservation for the same guest again.
When we click on the Blacklist button, we can manage our Blacklisted guests and add new guests to this list. We can also easily reach the guest by searching by guest name and ID or passport number in the Select Guest field. In the Description section at the bottom, you can enter the reason why the guest is Blacklisted.
