What is Forecast Report in Hotels? #
It is a comprehensive occupancy data report that determines the occupancy rate and covers all days of the month, such as check-in, number of occupied rooms, number of people, number of vacant rooms, occupancy percentage rate, which you can get daily or monthly.
HMS Hotel Program – Forecast Report #
You can access Forecast reports in HMS Hotel Program by clicking Menu > Reports link.
Forecast Report by Room Types #
You can see your occupancy rates according to room types on any date by clicking the “List by Room Type” 
Why is the Forecast Report Important? #
You can access room occupancy rate reports for the date range you want on the Forecast Report screen.
