Personnel Transactions and User Roles
By creating a special user account for your personnel, you can track which personnel perform the transactions and limit the operations that your personnel can perform on HMS thanks to authorization.
You can reach the personnel account creation screen by clicking Tools – Personnel – Add in the menu. After entering the personnel information into the system on the page that opens, you must activate the “Web Panel Active” field. In the window that opens, you must define the necessary user information.
For authorization, you should use the Authorizations (Permissions) field in the upper right corner of the page. On this page, you should mark the operations that your staff can do when they log in to their own account. After completing all the operations, you can create your staff account by using the Add button at the bottom of the page.
You can also authorize the personnel you created in the program by clicking on the “Authorization (permissions) menu in the upper right corner after the personnel creation process.
